マリオカート8デラックスチームCrescendoはメンバーを募集します。
♪入団条件
#1 VR10000以上、または、プレイ時間300時間以上であること
#2 ゲーマー向け無料チャットアプリDiscordを導入しているもしくは導入できること
#3 みんなで強くなってくためにタイムアタックの課題などをこなしていけること
#4 メンバー同士仲良くしていけること
#5 交流戦の最中にFFなどについて責めたりしないこと（振り返りの時のアドバイスは可）
#6 Crescendoでチーム杯などに参加してくれること
#7 所属チームはCrescendoを含めて3つまでにすること
#8 英語のチャットに抵抗のない方（日本語でチャットしていただく分にはOKです）
♪採用方法
#1 応募内容とTwitterを判断材料として仮入団の選考を行います。
#2 仮入団選考を通過した場合、2週間～1か月程度仮入団していただきます。
#3 メンバーとの交流や交流戦の参加頻度、課題への取り組み具合を主な基準として選考します。特にメンバーとの交流と課題への取り組み具合を中心に選考します。
#4 仮入団期間終了時に双方の意思確認を行い正式に入団するかを決めます。

♪Flow of participation
#1 Based on your tweet, we discuss if you become a trial member or not.
#2 In two weeks ~ one month, you act as a trial member.
#3 We check your interaction with other members, frequency of participation in clan war and tackling tasks. Especially, your interaction with other members and tackling tasks are very important.
#4 We ask you if you want to join or not and we want you or not. When each other want, you become a regular member.
